Through SHAKTI, I blend ancient wisdom, modern mindfulness, and the science of vibration to help others reconnect with themselves and return to balance. My offerings are rooted in intentional sound healing, meditation, and breathwork - designed to regulate the nervous system, release stress, and realign energy.
Whether in community spaces or corporate settings, my mission is to create experiences that invite stillness, awareness, and transformation.

My own journey of healing and deep self-discovery has guided me toward my aligned purpose - to share the practices and teachings that supported my own transformation and to help others awaken that same healing energy within themselves.
Discovering sound healing and the profound relationship between frequency and emotion changed everything for me. Through sound, I found alignment, clarity, and a way to connect more deeply with both myself and the world around me.
I am forever curious and passionate about the art and science of healing. My studies have led me to certifications in Sound Healing, Yoga, and Holistic Health Coaching.
