Join me in celebrating my mom’s birthday with a very special evening of deep rest, reflection, and connection.
In honor of her birthday, my mom, Heidi, will be hosting a Sanctuary of Sound - a guided sound bath designed to help you melt into soothing sound vibrations, quiet the mind, and let the body fully relax.
Instead of gifts, she’s offering this evening as a free community event, inviting you to experience rest, renewal, and presence together.
After the sound bath, we’ll celebrate with cake, drinks, and good company - because no birthday is complete without a little sweetness!
If you can’t make it for the sound bath portion, feel free to join us at 8:15 PM just for the celebration.
