Sound baths use specific frequencies and tones to support the body in shifting out of a heightened stress state and into deeper relaxation. As the body begins to slow down, the nervous system can regulate more effectively - supporting mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical relaxation. Because the experience is fully guided, no prior experience is needed. Whether you’re coming on your own or as part of a group, it’s an accessible and supportive way to pause, reset, and reconnect. This also makes it a meaningful addition to gatherings or celebrations - offering a shared experience that allows everyone to slow down, be present, and connect in a more intentional way.

Each session is 60–75 minutes and guided through a voice-led sound bath experience. Participants are invited to lie or sit down comfortably as sound and gentle guidance create space for relaxation and stillness. Sessions can be virtually, or in person - hosted in your home, event space, or a location of your choice. If needed, I can also assist in sourcing a suitable space for an additional cost. During the experience, you may notice sensations such as deep relaxation, mental quiet, emotional release, or simply a sense of calm. Each experience is unique, and there is no “right” way to receive it.
