Join me for a deeply restorative and heart-centered afternoon designed to soothe your nervous system, reconnect you with your inner peace, and raise funds for an organization that is doing incredibly important work in our community.
This 90-minute sound bath will combine breathwork, gentle guided meditation, and a rich sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and vocal tones to create a nurturing sanctuary of sound. You’ll be guided into a space of deep rest where the vibrations and frequencies can support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and full-body relaxation.
