The new moon is a time for reflection, intention, and planting the seeds for what’s to come.
In this 60-minute session, you’ll be guided through a deeply immersive sound bath designed to calm the mind, release stagnant energy, and align you with your highest intentions. The vibrations of the bowls & vocal toning combined with breathwork and meditation, will help you find stillness, clarity, and a sense of renewal.
