Join me for Sanctuary of Sound - a 75-minute sound bath experience designed to soothe your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and bring you back to your center.
This restorative journey includes:
Breathwork to ground and open
Guided meditation to connect with your heart
Sound healing using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and vocal toning to soften tension, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional release
